Ordering
From choosing a box to confirming your order.
Choose a pack, customize your flavors and toppings, review your cart, then select delivery or pickup at checkout. Your tracking code appears after the order is confirmed.
No account is required. Bite & Bliss uses guest checkout, so you can order in just a few steps and track it using the code on your confirmation page.
After choosing a pack, select a flavor or an assorted mix, then add up to 4 available toppings. You can also leave a short order note before adding the box to your cart.

Yes. Choose Assorted and select at least two flavors for your box.
Current choices include Sprinkles, Chocolate Drizzle, Choco Chips, and Marshmallows. Availability is updated with the menu.
Every box is made fresh after you place your order.
Yes. The selected flavors are distributed as evenly as possible across the number of pieces in your chosen pack.

Delivery
Availability, fees, coverage, and estimated arrival.
Yes. Available options and timing appear during checkout.
The current delivery fee is ₱25. Your exact subtotal, fee, and total are shown before you place the order.
Delivery availability may vary by location. Enter your complete address during checkout to confirm whether delivery is available for your location.
The current estimate is 35–45 minutes. Timing may vary with order volume, preparation, traffic, and your location.

COLLECT YOUR BOX
Pickup
Store location, hours, and preparation time.
Pickup orders can be collected at 123 Sweet St., Donut Village, Manila, Philippines 1000. Your tracking page will show when the box is ready.
Pickup follows the current store hours: 10AM – 9PM Daily. Available timing appears during checkout.
The usual preparation time is 20–25 minutes. Track your order and wait for the “Ready for pickup” update before heading to the store.

CHECKOUT HELP
Payment
Simple payment information before checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available for delivery orders, and Cash on Pickup is available for pickup orders.
Pay when your delivery arrives or when you collect your pickup order. Review the final total before placing the order.
